Getting Started

Account Creation

To start using Ringfluent:

  1. Go to our sign-up page
  2. Fill out the form with your details
  3. Check your email and activate your account
  4. Log in to your dashboard
Tip: Start with the free trial to discover all the features.

User Interface

The Ringfluent dashboard consists of:

  • Dashboard: Overview of your agents and statistics

Agent Configuration

Creating an Agent

To create your first voice agent:

1. Click "New Agent" 2. Set the name and description 3. Select the voice (male/female, language) 4. Configure the conversation scenarios

Advanced Settings

  • Speech recognition: Adjust sensitivity and languages
  • Speech synthesis: Customize tone and speed
  • Conversation flow: Define scripts and conditions
  • Integrations: Connect to your CRM or database
Important: Always test your agents in development mode before going live.

Use Sandbox mode in your dashboard. You can place test calls and simulate different scenarios without affecting your production agents.
We support more than 30 languages, including French, English, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, and many more.
Go to Settings > Integrations > Webhooks. Add your endpoint URL and select the events that will trigger notifications.
